- First Plate: fresh pasta (cruguxionis di ricotta e malloredus alla campidanese)
- Second Plate: meats (spit-roasted pork, lamb or sheep stew)
- Side dish: vegetables and various cheeses.
- Fruit: Fresh fruit of the season.
- Desserts: traditional Sardinian desserts (seadas, pardulas)
- Wine: Local red or white wine.
- Liquor: Myrtle liquor and limoncello liquor.
